Easy-to-follow cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled with a “clear steps” approach. 1) Before confirmation: If you have submitted a request but have not confirmed an order by email, you may cancel at any time by contacting support@aznetwork.shop. No payment is taken on the website. 2) After confirmation and before dispatch: If an order is confirmed and you later decide to cancel before dispatch, tell us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether packing has started and what can be stopped. 3) After dispatch: If you receive an item and wish to return it, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference. Items should be unused and returned in appropriate condition. We will provide return instructions and explain any return shipping costs before you send anything. If an item arrives damaged, message us promptly with photos of the packaging and the item so we can resolve it fairly—replacement, refund, or other practical solution depending on the case. We keep our tone grounded: no hype, no urgency, just helpful details you can act on. If something isn’t right for your routine, we’d rather you skip it than force a fit.
